The only one I deem guilty is Danzo.

Itachi was loyal to Konoha. Danzo to Konoha as well while Sasuke was loyal to the Uchiha Clan. Hashirama and Hiruzen were loyal to Konoha. None are traitors.. however, you could argue that Itachi betrayed the Uchiha, Danzo betrayed Hiruzen and Sasuke with Konoha however the latter cleared up his name in the last 10 or so chapters.

Itachi: Not guilty. Reasoning: he never meant to jeopardize Konoha in any sense.

Danzo: Guilty. Reasoning: Letting the Pain attack happen the way he let it.

Sasuke: Guilty :'( . Reasoning: Deserted the village, killed the acting Hokage, and was gonna try and destroy Konoha.

Hashirama: Lol no, you know he isn't but reasoning is because he thought Madara was dead. Hashirama would have himself dead before he'd let something be happen to his village.

Obito: Of course, this doesn't need to be said.

Hiruzen: Not guilty. Reasoning: Hiruzen cannot control other people. It's not like he could make Oro good. Orochimaru took advantage of his teacher's hesitation. In the end, Hiruzen tried to right his wrong by giving up his life.

Danzo is obviously not guilty (since he is a saint), the others are criminals
