please pardon me if it's asked before. I'm wondering how come Obito couldn't use kamui because of being juubi jin but madara could. was it because Kaguya wasn't allowing obito to use it on himself?

this is just a guess, but i reckon it's because assimilating Kaguya's presence allowed Madara to bypass that problem.

if he could use it, his only weakness (sage mode attacks) wouldnt do shit against him. they needed a way to harm him. so because of plot.
