why do you say that, we haven't even seen the sage in battle for all we know the extra chakra that obito is missing isnt that big of a deal. look at naruto he has half the kyuubi chakra and he can compete with 5 bijuu at once and he was able deflect a combined bijuu bomb with his 1st attempt at a bijuu bomb.
