Two man teams beat bijuu's 1-7 while they were with their host. And a two man team beat Kurama (Hashirama and Mito) and the third Raikage soloed the Habichi. We know bijuus are at their strongest when they have a jinchuuriki.
Which means that with that with every shinobi still living and Bee and Naruto at base mode we don't believe the Juubi who is less powerful that he would be with a jinchuuriki?
And if we go cross generational the pawnage becomes to much. Who simply says the Weapons of So6P can't be used against him?
