Yes, that usually happens when you take down your devil fruit powers, otherwise he would be bleeding by now.

When Jozu uses brilliant punk his whole arm is covered in diamond
You just said that his body was in full diamond when he blocked Mihawk's slash. No, I don't think Jozu can cover his entire body with diamond.

Exactly, he covered his body when blocking the slash.

It was afterwards that he was removing the diamonds.

That's why I was pointing out that he didn't remove his arms yet, but his left pec up towards his face.

He was maintaining a stationary position when tanking the attack.

Don't you think he would be bleeding if he didn't cover his whole body?

It's the world's strongest slash

Ever heard of haki? It's quite possible that the part that wasn't covered in diamond was covered in haki. CoA never had a visual representation pre-TS.

Then why would he cover that one little spot in haki?

Everywhere else is covered in Diamond expected for his left face and neck which was covered in Haki?

Okay

Doflamingo also bleed when he covered his hand in Haki too

Why wouldn't he? He can't cover his entire body with diamond so the next best defensive thing he can do is cover that spot up with CoA.

Yes. I don't see what's wrong with that. You really think that he covered his entire body with diamond when he was blocking Mihawk's attack? Why wouldn't Oda made that clear in his drawing? It's pretty obvious that his whole body wasn't covered in diamond, even the anime showed it like that.

And? You think Mihawk actually tried with that swing? It was too casual, he put no effort into that slash. Heck, you don't even see him swing in the manga, all we see is him pull out his sword. If he did put effort into that slash it would of at least been able to dent Jozu's diamond or shatter it slightly.

Like another DF, diamond DF can cover all body with diamond, but if he cover both his eye with diamond, he cannot see anything, so he need minimal one eye not covered with diamond if he isn't CoO master like Fuji.

In the anime everything was covered except for his left face

I think you're are understating Mihawk a bit, his casual swings injure the toughest opponents.

I don't get how Jozu can't cover his body in diamond, it's like luffy not being able to cover himself in rubber.

Exactly, that's what I'm saying... lol. You're arguing that his whole body was covered in diamond.

How am I understating Mihawk, lol? xD Yes, but it's diamond. Again, it's really casual.

Yeah, so? Luffy's body is made out of rubber, it's different scenario to Jozu. Think about it, if Jozu can cover his entire body with diamond, you do realize that he can defeat most swordsmen (Vista, Shiliew, Cavendish, Zoro, Momonga, etc.) with little to no diff. and most brawlers (Luffy, Smoker, Vergo, etc.) can't even hurt him that much, right? We've never seen his entire body covered in diamond and it would be too OP if he did.
