Restrictions: Kamui can all be used on projectiles and jutsus. And Kakashi use kamui 4 times. (the war arc is fuzzy as to where his stamina is)

Hiashi is a non factor he gets taken down by Ay or Mei
Kakashi won't be able to keep up with Ay's speed even with his sharingan
Gai can't hurt Tsunade she will be able to regenerate from broken bones and Daytime tiger

If I may add my imput id think it be more strategic for the Jounins to fight the kages like this:

Mei v Hiashi
Kakashi v Tsunade
Gai v Raikage

Hiashi is not a fodder nin but will definitely lose to Mei. Hiashi is the leader and is thus shud be better than Hinata holding off Mei for a while but losing

Kakashi in my opinion can beat Tsunade
Kakashi is Kage level and was a candidate for the 6th Hokage. Kamui should be able to GG tsunade in the end, but its a fair toss up Advantage(ADV) Kakashi

Raikage vs Gai 7 gates is also a toss up as that can go either way DRAW??

So kakashi vs Mei??

ADV Kakashi in my eyes but none the less a high difficulty battle for either sides

I PERSONALLY am leading towards Jounins but still EXT high diff

Kakashi and Gai are the main problems hiashi is a non factor here

3. This is an 50%- 50%, but Tsunade or A can help her

We know Kakashi always plans how they are gonna fight and who will handle who.

Imo he will tell Hiashi to handle Mei while Kakashi tries to decapitate Tsunade and Gai keeps the Raikage aside cause we know he can mostly oneshot with his level of speed and strenght. I don't know , could go either way.
