Jonin Leaders that Can't Teach Their Subordinates Anymore(Gai can't help Neji)

Ultimately with the limited number of jonin certain ninja seem to find thier master can no longer really help them out. What can Gai really do for Neji besides motivate him? Neji has a polar opposite style from gai, is smarter, and gai isn't some kind of genius, he's obviously not an idiot but the only thing i can really see him helping is with fighting a sharingan user. What about: Asuma, Gai, Kakashi, Kurenai, Yamato, etc.

Well with Kurenai being pregnant she can't really....lol!

Well it seems like Team 7 for the most part is ahead of Kakashi.

Neji is dead, but otherwise he's a jounin so he doesn't really have to work with Gai.

I can't see Shino being all too motivated by Kurenai, and nor can I see Kiba's aggressive attitude being willing to listen...he'd be more of a "Watch This Sensei" kinda guy.

Hinata seems to be the only one in that team who'd match well with Kurenai in that aspect, but with her rising confidence she may not need her as a mother figure anymore (not to say she wouldn't remain close).

Ino-Shika-Cho showed they have matched their sensei and got their final motivation from him.

Team Kakashi - It seems the whole team has either surpassed him or has an ability that makes them able to dwelve on their own. Kakashi cannot teach or instruct his students really, anymore.

Team Gai - With Neji gone, Gai could teach Rock Lee and Tenten more.

Team Kurunei - She's pregnant and only Hinata seems to fit well under her teaching.

Team Asuma - He's gone and the whole team seemed to surpass him or work well together/alone..
