Bro it's been so long this move is gunna suck ~_~

Black Star stands mid-range away from his opponent in the middle of the desert. Tsubaki's head pops up on the back of Black Star's neck, giving them vision of everything behind and infront of them. To begin the battle, Tsubaki sprouts her arms underneath Black Star's and they both form different handseals while channeling chakra throughout their body. A vortex of wind forms around their opponent that encompasses short range around him. It doesn't directly harm him, but Black Star follows this up by shooting a fireball at the base of the vortex that explodes into a pillar of flame that combines with that vortex and envelops Levi in a maelstrom of fire

Description: The user will form three hand seals and gather the wind around an opponent into a vortex. The wind becomes a medium sized tornado that doesn't harm the target, but traps them in rapidly spinning walls of wind. The wind is in close proximity to the target making them susceptible to fire techniques while they're trapped in the tornado. This can also be created around the user as a means of defense.

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra into their chest and then they will release from their mouth a quick burst of flame towards their opponents feet which then errupts into a large pillar of flame reaching 3 meters tall and inflicting damage to the target.

Once the wind began swirling around Minato to trap him in what seemed to he spinning walls of wind, he simply performs a couple of hand seals while channeling his water chakra into his hand. This allows him to create a vortex of water directly in his right palm. With the water in his hand, Minato wait for the moment the fire is going to hit the wall, and Just as it does, he plunges the water vortex into the fire and wind as they combined. This would cancel them all out at once with them all clashing at once. It would also cause steam to form all around Minato, so he immediately throws a shower of Kunai in every direction while darting out of the steam in a speedy arc-like fashion. He'd swiftly attempt to close in on his opponent as he pulls out a Kunai and holds it in his left hand.
