I'll be using Hana Suzuki who's standing on her surfboard, about one meter in the air.

Description: The surfboard is a crafted piece of elongated surface, made up of a special strong metal that has high density and durability. Utilizing the user's wind chakra, this board allows the user of fly on the desired direction and altitude at high speeds. The surfboard can carry two people on it's surface with ease and doesn't conduct heat. The user can summon it once, or bring it with himself as per wish. One major speciality of this board is the "Wind Boost". This allows the user to fly at a tremendous velocity for 5 seconds, allowing the user to escape undesirable situations.
Note: When the board is in 5meter radius of the user, it can fly at an altitude of 1m form the ground as per user's wish.
The "Wind Boost" can only be used once.

Hovering just above the ground on her sleek, all white surfboard, Hana notices the person she was looking for. There was a previous arrangement the two had agreed on, but the deal went south, more than she liked. Not one to allow herself to be caught off guard, Hana would form three handseals, initiating three different effects. By molding chakra and kneading it within her chest, she curls her lips and spits a torrent of water capable of ripping through the very Earth he stood on. Now, this torrent unlike others, was laced with a couple of neat aspects. For starters, it was laced with two veils of mist, the first veil would leech off the energy of any attack he decides to use in retaliation, seemingly making seem as if the original attack is stronger because of it. The second would rejuvenate it should the attack he uses actually be successful in neutralizing it, which was...doubtful.

Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time

Description: One of the spellbinding water-based techniques. The user will activate this ability (instant activation due to it being stand alone, and does not grant ability until another compatible technique is used), to apply to all types of water release techniques that logically work with this. After the technique is set, the main ability granted will be is all techniques are infused with a special kind of mist, specifically similar to the jutsu Water Release: Grudge Rain and Hiding in Mist. This creates a sort of thin veil over the body of the water composed of mist, so the user can still keep relatively easy visual on the opponent and the mist is easily noticeable by regular eyes. It will not exactly make the user's own technique stronger, instead, it will weaken the opponent's jutsu. It will specifically absorb the chakra of the technique, decreasing its damage and weakening the technique overall. This will make it seem as if the user's technique has become stronger - on the contrary - it will just be the opponents technique that is weakened. Further more, if this special water does not touch a technique, but instead the opponent, the technique will begin to absorb the chakra of the opponent, -50 chakra will be drained. For every turn that this technique is in contact with an opponent, it will continue to drain the chakra out of the opponent by -50. This technique allows infusion to be done on streams, projectiles, humanoids, self-sustaining techs, etc. As well as able to use with the variants of Water Release such as sticky water and mist. Also, when this infused water clashes with another technique or comes into contact with a sentient being, if the user so chooses, he can absorb the chakra as long as he's still in contact with his technique and as such this will not work with projectiles or similar techniques. The user can dispel this technique at any time and while active, this ability doesn't have to be applied to every compatible technique used. This misty coating will disperse after clashing with another technique, meaning the damage reduction provided by this jutsu will only apply once to each individual technique utilized by the user.

(Suiton: Rukina don'yokuna rōdō)- Water Release: Lucina's Lustful Labor

Description: The user will focus their water chakra into their water based techniques, creating a veil of mist around the water techniques. The creation of the veil can be created within the same time-frame the attack is sent by simply performing an extra hand seal during performance. The veil over the body of water is thin, so the user can still keep relatively easy visual on the opponent and the mist is easily noticeable by regular eyes. This technique acts as a second life to many water techniques: streams, projectiles, humanoids, armors, etc. Essentially the mist around the water will be intangible and initially play no role in the clash of the two original techniques, however, when the users original technique is weakened, the mist ability be put into fruition. The mist will turn into a body of water, and flush itself back into original body of the technique, regenerating it if it was weakened or reforming if it was negated/overpowered. This mist can regenerate specific parts of the water structures or its whole body, and can only be used once for the whole body or body parts (mainly applies to humanoids). The regeneration of the technique happens instantly when attacked and passively. Full regeneration can only occur to water techniques A-Rank and below restoring their initial rank, while S-Ranks can be regenerated, but weakened to an A-Rank. This technique can be used with only water techniques, and extends to many different variants of water- syrup, crystalline, rain, etc. The technique after reformation will have the same bodily movement and abilities it had beforehand. After the mist does its job, it disperses, it will remain dormant around the technique until interaction with a jutsu. When the opponent and users techniques initially clash the forward momentum will slow down, and as it regenerates, allowing the opponent time to react, maneuver, and counter.

How very dull.

Mangetsu says, noting the water bullet released from his opponents mouth, he would make 3 handseals causing an enormous golem like creature to form at 7 meters in front of Mangetsu, aimed to easily intercept the water bullet with his incredibly durable body. The water bullet would strike the golem being entirely ineffective against the creatures durable body.

(Doton: Balrog) - Earth style: Balrog

Description: The user will perform 3 handseals placing his hand on the ground, quickly releasing his chakra into the ground. Out of this, a giant black beast made of earth shall arise(see image below). This earth demon is known as a Balrog, its body is made of earth and down his back are spikes of fire. He can also weild a flaming sword or a fire whip. For these 2 fire weapons to be created the user needs to perform one handseal. This earth deamon has 3 abilities.
1. The Balrog can use up S rank fire (not including S ranks)
2. The Balrog can control a fire whip or a flaming sword.
3. The Balrogs body is as hard as S rank earth
These beast is able to walk and move, but not able to fly even though it has wings. Once the body of the Balrog is destoryed the fire will extinguish shortly after.

Note: Useable 1 times per battle
Note: Can't use genjutsu in the same turn as this jutsu
Note: Must be taught by the pervy sage
Note: Stays on the feild for 4 turns, or until destroyed
Note: The user takes 30 damage from the amount of chakra they have to use for this jutsu

The moment the Balrog is formed Mangetsu would make two handseals causing it to increase in size and strength and density, allowing it's huge body to block forbidden ranked instead of the previous S ranked. Water being weak to earth would further increase the power of this defense blocking both iterations of the water, however to further reply to the opponents attack the Balrog upon forming would release a powerful A ranked blast of fire in to the water as it was reforming against him. Leaving a weakened Balrog versus no water.

(Doton: Tsuchi kakujuu) - Earth style: Earth expansion

Description: After releasing a earth jutsu the user will perform 2 handseals as they release there chakra into the earth jutsu. In doing so, the user will increase the power and size of the earth jutsu boosting any earth jutsu by 25 damage points. By the increase in chakra the earth jutsu will grow in size and become more dense addding to its power.

Note: Can only use used on earth the user or the users summon has created

(Katon: Gōka no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Hellfire Technique

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and breath out from their mouth a large fireball that travels at the opponent. As it reaches the opponent it bursts into a maelstrom of fire engulfing them in flames.

OOC: Timeframe should be a little like this. You use water dragon bullet. I use golem. Water bullet hits golem as golem expands, water hits dragon again disperses, I use hellfire to attack you.
