Nope...still a mystery.

But this chapter confirmed a theory of mine that his DF is threads/cables related.

It's most likely strings/wires, but in one of the games they classified him as a paramica.

His devil fruit is and was confirmed back when he sliced Oars' leg off (Yes, that far back)
the ability to produce strings from his body (Kinda like Spiderman ) which he can then do things with like:

Slice
Control
.. and grapple stuff with to fly (Like Spiderman, again) hence his nickname sky devil
