Looks
About six-foot-two or -three, with a slim, narrow-shouldered build, muscular but not bulky. Likely in his early forties. Black hair starting to grey at the temples, trimmed above the ears. Narrow-set greenish-blue eyes set in a slightly lantern-jawed face; naturally tanned skin, sometimes seen with a hint of a stubble moustache. Speaks with a soft-spoken baritone voice, often with a hint of slightly snarky lilt (It's said that it will be a *very* dark day when Reese raises his voice). Usually seen wearing a black suit jacket worn open over an open-collared white or grey silk shirt, black dress slacks and rubber-soled black ankle boots, often topped with a open, loose-fitting black topcoat.
Personality
He's been described as an introverted extrovert, very guarded around people, keeping them more or less at arm's length till he can size them up. But with someone he's protecting, it's not unusual that he'll let them get close enough that they feel at ease with him, without giving himself away. He tends to be harder on himself emotionally than he is on others: he's aware that his job of hunting monsters has made him into a monster and he's atoning for this as best he can. But if he knows someone has wronged another person, particularly a woman, a child, or someone who's otherwise powerless, he will go Papa Wolf on them. Even in a fight, he's very precise, avoiding wasted shots or blows and needless killing (to quote him in the pilot episode, "I don't particularly *like* killing people, but I'm good at it..."), but he's also known to knee-cap a target before moving in for the kill: it's not clear if this is done out of mercy or to make them twist a little; he can be a bit sadistic (using by messing with people's heads rather than by physical cruelty), but only when the situation calls for a little precision strike nastiness. He's a deadpan snarker most of the time, and he also has a bit of a twisted sense of humour (case in point a moment where he squicks someone out by lovingly describing ...an advanced version of dealing with an attacker by poking them in the eyes).
Underneath this, he is really a very loving, even kind and gentle man, but one has to get past all his defences. He really wants to be a conventional, "normal" person with a less exciting life, but he considers himself too damaged for this to work, and his past is too full of enemies for this to be possible. His trust is very tricky to earn, though, but if someone can succeed, it will be worth the trouble.

Early Life
It is mentioned that Reese's father, an Army soldier, died shortly after returning from his Third Shinobi World War when John was a child. At some point later on, Reese was forced between choosing jail or entering the military because of a violent fight he was involved in as a young man. He opted for the military, and entered the Army shortly thereafter.
Past Life
Nothing is known from this point onwards, until one day Reese shows up in the blue outside the gates of Kiri, it had seemed during his time away he had picked up a lot of tricks. He decided upon himself to take refuge upon the village. Whilst staying in the village, Reese learnt more tricks, things that will help increase his power to fight, as well as getting to know some people. Reese left Kiri to join a rouge village named Oto the village hidden in the sound. The village was something more his style, something different and a new experience but a few things happened and as soon as it was created it was destroyed, thus turning Reese into a rouge ninja, having no ties anywhere.
Old Reign
At one point or another Reese came in contact with a man by the name of Chun-Woo Han (Vayne), this man held some interesting traits, and had some interesting techniques. He was part of a clan named the Gyojin clan, Reese joined it and become focused on learning everything about the clan that there was. Reese met the other clan members Sora (Loki), Alonzo Evans (LoK).
New Reign
Out of the blue the leader of their clan, Gyojin went missing, to all it was unknown to where he possibly had done...Some time pasted and suddenly their leader had returned but it wasn't to lead, it was to pass it on to someone else within the clan. He had announced that he is giving up leadership and passing it onto either Reese himself, or Sora. Sora was picked, thus being made the current head of the clan. Now that Sora is in control. Everything within the clan had been set back in motion, and as a back-up plan just in case Sora does something like Chun-Woo Han did, Sora has placed Reese as second in command just to be on the safe side. Reese could finally unlock all there was about the clan, and learn it secrets, which he did and now knows all the techniques at this current time.
Present Life
Currently Reese resides in the village hidden in the leafs, Konoha. He lives there happily with his new comrades. While spending his time in the village, Reese thought of new ways of testing the elements around, mixing them together. Things like that until something worked, by mixing fire, earth and water he created a completely new element called Alcohol, with the help of a comrade by the name of Jugram Haschwalth (Drackos). It came to be born.
Still residing within Konoha, Reese managed to learn a few new things. He learnt and completed his medical arts training underneath Galen Marek (Scorps) & Vincent Valentine (Vincent) also meeting up with an old friend that goes by the name of Broly (-Broly-) they came up with a new element together that goes by the name of Hot Ice, it is an interesting element capable of many things, that will be soon shown. On his way back from meeting up with Broly. He created his own sword to use for battle; it is called Getsushō | Moon-Piercer, it is a nice long blade, and also very heavy but makes up for that with its sheer power and interesting abilities. Finally getting home to Konoha, John resides within his house awaiting for something to happen.
Hokage Life
On the eleventh hour of the fifteenth day, Konoha has had a change in the chain of command, Reese was made the eleventh Hokage; Juuichidaime Hokage. Reese obtained the title from the previous Hokage, Nagato Uzumaki (Oasis Nara). Reese was a trusted and high ranked officer before the promotion hence why he was trusted to lead the great village, Reese believes he is up for the task. Only time will see if he is cut out for the job. Being the Hokage for the last couple of months have been hard on Reese with all that has happened, Reese has a lot Akatsuki members invade his village due to a lot of different reasons, currently he is in Suna meeting with the 13th Kazekage and organizing himself to get back his village.
Other
Gyojin Clan
Being second in command only to the clan head. John shares basic abilities related to their genetic traits, such as: incredible physical abilities (x2 strength and 1.5 times faster then a regular human), a naturally occurring mucoprotein that is both a protection against bacterial infections but also a natural insulator, the ability to breathe underwater, water dowsing and uncommon resistance to C-rank and under water techniques, and finally incredible swimming speed. Due to John's rank in the clan (Mazu), he can perform B-Rank and below water techniques without the use of hand seals. Gyojin have the ability to sense bodies of water and everything within a water source. Using that ability, the Gyojin developed a new branch of taijutsu called Gyojin Karate, where the user combines martial arts with water manipulation. An art in which John excels in. The remaining A-ranks and above water techniques, John is able to perform those with only a single hand seal and with great speed.
Sound Proficiency
Having spent many years practising in the art of Ototon. Reese has proved himself to be very proficient with all sound techniques and as such can perform the required hand seals with great speed. As well as his hearing is passively better.
Indomitable Will & High Tolerance for Pain
Reese has an unbreakable will and a remarkably high threshold for pain. He was once tortured with electricity simply for refusing to give his captors his name. When former Hokage was looking for his wife, his ANBU squad tortured Reese by punching needles into specific nerves on his body, such as the humerus, and Reese never cracked.

Hand-To-Hand Combat
Reese is highly trained in close-quarters battle and hand-to-hand combat. He is able to defeat a gang of punks with little to no effort. He mostly uses these skills in certain emergency situations, such as when a person that is of interest to him is about to do something dumb. His skills are advanced enough that only a few people have been able to fight him for significant periods of time, let alone defeat him. He has also been seen with using normal everyday utensils as weapons once or twice. John also wears special leg weights which can be taken off during battle to increase his speed and power.
(Katai Omori) — Leg Weights
Type: Weapon/Supplementary Rank: A Range: Short Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: N/A Description: The Leg Weights used for Special Taijutsu Training with Added Weights are made through the application of a sealing formula to ordinary leg weights. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinetely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.
(Katai Omori: Doroppu) — Leg Weights: Drop
Type: Supplementary Rank: A Range: Short Chakra Cost: N/A Damage Points: N/A (+20 to Kicks, 2x Running Speed) Description: The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nulified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.
Medical Ninja Techniques
Under his training with Scorps, and Vincent. John became a medical ninja, able to use healing techniques, and offence healing techniques, this door is only recent and John is learning new and powerful ways to incorporate it into his fighting style. Also on his person at all times are three sets of medicines or pills. He has three of each different pill on him at all times, of each medicine recipe.
Medical Pills
(Heishi Piru) — Soldier Pills
Type: Supplementary Description and Background: Soldier pills are a more combat aimed variation of the military ration pill. Upon ingesting the pill, your chakra supply doubles, but burns at a greatly accelerated rate due to the "pressure" involved. Upon ingesting the pill, any ninjutsu you use gains +15 damage and any taijutsu gains +10 for 4 turns. Upon expiry of the effects you must use an extra 10 chakra for every technique afterwards for 5 turns due to the fatigue setting in meaning you have to force your techniques more, and thereby adding to the toll it takes on your body. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use in combat and are essentially black small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach, made off of various ingredients and medicinal herbs as well as stimulants
Description of Side Effects
— Upon using a second pill in a conflict the additional chakra cost after expiry rises to +30 until healed
— Upon taking a third pill, the medical ninja will suffer cardiac arrest upon expiry of the pill.
(Hyōrōgan) — Military Ration Pills
Type: Healing Description and Background: Military Rations Pills (兵糧丸, Hyōrōgan) are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. It is made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. Replenishes 50 percent of the user's maximum chakra supply per pill taken, along with pumping stimulants into the body to alleviate tiredness. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or distribute in combat and are essentially dark brown small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach.
Description of Side Effects
— Taking two pills in a conflict results in hyper-stimulation of the cardiovascular system. The users heart rate and blood pressure increase to the point they become painful for 6 turns after taking the pill.
— Taking 3 pills in a conflict pushes the user's cardiovascular system to breaking point, resulting in heart failure after 4 turns.
(Ketsueki no Zōka Piru) — Blood Replenishing Pill
Type: Healing Description and Background: Contains high concentrations of amino acids, iron and mitosis inducing enzymes designed to turbo boost the production of erythrocytes from haematopoetic stem cells in the human body. This pill alleviates and cancels the symptoms of blood loss after one turn. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or administer in combat and are essentially dark red small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach
Description of Side Effects
— Taking 2 pills leads to increased blood pressure, and increased likelihood of blood clots forming, specially through trauma.
— Taking 3 pills over stresses the cardiovascular system and causes aneurysm after 4 turns.
Summoning Technique
One of the several testaments to John's incredible stature and capabilities is his summoning technique. Unlike ordinary shinobi, John is actually signed to three summoning contracts, as opposed to merely one or two.

Golden Eagles
Being part of the village hidden in the leafs, John has access to a rare contract, the golden eagles. These eagles are summoned in a time of need for the leafs ninja's needs, and only then.
The Leaf Heritage: The Will of Fire: John also holds close to him the will of fire. Which is a belief that shows love and when things turn grim, a Konoha ninja can overcome it. This is what the The Will of Fire is, and what it means to John as well.
(Konoha Isan: Hi no Ishi & In'utsu no Ishi) — The Leaf Heritage: The Will of Fire & The Will of Darkness
Type: Supplementary Rank: N/A Range: N/A Chakra Cost: N/A Damage Points: +10 or +15 Description: More than a technique, ability or skill, the Will of Fire and the Will of Darkness are, instead, teachings and philosophical beliefs that induce specific ways of teaching and acting towards the protection of the Village.
The Will of Fire is an idea taught to and carried by all members of Konoha. It is the belief that only through love, understanding and decisive action can true peace be acquired, though never by attacking others and rather by protecting something the individual holds dear. The belief is a spiritual heritage that was created by Hashirama Senju and passed down to all the villagers and shinobi of Konoha. Shinobi who carry this belief love the village with all their heart and will fight to protect it even against the most significant odds. It gives them the strength to keep going even when the situation looks grim. When defending the village the Will of Fire gives the shinobi of Konoha the extra strength needed to defeat the invading forces and the will power to continue the battle after receiving damage, ensuring the Will of Fire is never extinguished.
Can only be used by members of Konohagakure who embody the Will of Fire.
Only usable when defending the village from external threats.
Normal members receive a +10 damage boost as well as a strength and speed boost equivalent to one rank (based on the NB ranking system). So for example a Jounin would gain the strength/speed of an S-Class Ninja, a S-Class Ninja would gain the strength/speed of a Sannin).
Normal members can continue after being hit by one B-rank or below attack but lose the bonus damage, speed and strength.
The Hokage and Village Officers receive a +15 damage bonus and strength and speed increased by one rank.
The Hokage and Village Officers can continue after being hit by one A-rank or below attack, but lose the bonus damage, speed and strength.
If the villager is fighting inside the village walls (Inner Village and Hokage Mansion) he gains access to an additional 10% chakra points.
A member of Konoha must make a notice in their biography's history as to which Will the character has inherited. This must be the same for both biographies.
The antithesis to the Will of Fire, the Will of Darkness is a school of thought that was developed by Shimura Danzo during the reign of Hiruzen Sarutobi and taught to the members of the Root (Ne). He instilled this will within members of his Root organization so that they would be able to carry out their missions successfully and without failure. The Will of Darkness holds the belief that one must protect what he loves by aggressive action and the destruction of all potential threats, no matter the moral cost or context. Where the Will of Fire is based on the defense of the village, the Will of Darkness is based on the attack of its enemies. After his death and the dissolution of Root, his will spread into other Konoha shinobi as former root members began to integrate themselves back into normal village organizations. People who have committed themselves to this school of thought understand the need to eliminate threats and do things that may be considered amoral for the greater good. As a result they battle without hesitation and with a greater ferocity when committing acts of aggression than those who adhere to the Will of Fire.

Weaponry
Reese carries a thumb sized ball. This ball is a special weapon that allows him to use the fighting style: Football Arts. Attached to each side of Reese's hips, there are duel chained blades that are chained allowing Reese to use the fighting style: Doki Sono Kamigami | Wrath of the Gods. Reese also carries along side his other weapons a weapon that goes by the name of a bolas, these a simply weights attached to a rope that gain power & momentum, thus throwing them allowing the one wielding them to hinder one's movement a very handy weapon. These bolas grand Reese access to the fighting style: Bōrasu no Michi | Way of the Bolas, use another one of the fighting styles he picked up along his journey is a scythe that goes by the name of The Forgotten Reaper which is stored in a small scroll that is located on the left buttocks of John, located on his back his a blade of his own design the blade is a very long and heavy blade but powerful none the less, it goes by the name of Getsushō | Moon-Piercer, also located on his back is another sword this swords name is Sakabatō | Reverse-Blade Sword which grants him access to the fighting style known as Sakashima Yaiba | Reverse Blade Style. John was also blessed with a grand set of bearers, these weapons are made specially for his clan, gyojin. Which make it very helpful in battle, it is located on his right buttocks in a small scroll.
Weapons
(Getsushō) — Moon-Piercer
Type: Weapon Rank: S Range: Short Chakra: 40 Damage: N/A Description: Getsushō looks like a katana with an extremely long blade, reminiscent of a nodachi. It sports a red and black coloured, western-looking hand guard and has a traditional yellow and red hilt-wrapping flanked by golden-coloured plates on the hilt, which ends in a very ornate, carved pommel. The sheath belonging to it is lacquered red. Because of its unusually long blade, Getsushō is noted to be difficult to handle, something which is further enhanced due to the hardness of its blade also making it heavier than a normal katana; as such, much training and physical strength are necessary to wield it properly in battle. Getsushō's hardness, however, makes for strong blows and a similarly strong defence.

Getsushō's primary strength, as shown in the hands of Nathan, is its ability to store large amounts of chakra channelled into it at the start of an battle by its wielder. Utilizing this chakra, the user can lessen the chakra he uses from his own reserves in battle, allowing him to continue fighting for longer periods of time. Particularly, he stores fire natured chakra in Getsushō, and then channels wind chakra into it during a fight, combining these elements for a special form of chakra flow she calls the Wind of the Fire Sword (Hiken no Kaze).
Shottogan Inpakuto | Shotgun Impact - Another one of Getsushō's primary strength is when the blade comes into contact with his opponent, the user can focus their own chakra into his blade and release it. The result is equivalent to the effect of a shotgun blast, ripping apart the nearby flesh. A brief burst of fire also comes from the blade while the jutsu is executed, making the user look as if they had fired a shotgun. This ability is equal to that of a B-rank technique. This ability can be used without the need of transforming into Wind of the Fire Sword form.

Hiken no Kaze | Wind of the Fire Sword utilizes Getsushō ability to store chakra over long periods of time, and then combines this stored chakra with chakra. The user flows into the blade during the heat of battle. The user accumulates chakra of the fire nature inside of Getsushō, until the katana possesses a great enough reserve of that chakra, which is necessary for the technique to be used without exhausting the chakra supply. When the user flows his wind chakra into the blade, it works together with the stored chakra; first, flames erupt around it, and then the wind comes forth, taming the flames and condensing them against the blade like another layer of metal, just that this one displays an intense orange glow. This has multiple effects: for one, the wind strengthens the fire, resulting in a super-heated blade which can easily meld rock and cauterize the wounds inflicted with it; it also dramatically increases the cutting potential of Getsushō. This ability is equal to that of a S-rank technique.

Hiken no Kaze: Mōka Tsujikaze | Wind of the Fire Sword: Roaring Flame Whirlwind - It uses the fire chakra stored inside Getsushō to release a trail of flames around the blade, which then enhances with wind chakra for attacks. In its most basic form, the user just slashes in the direction of the desired target, resulting in the creation of intense flame waves that follow the trajectory of the previous swing. The user can also completely surround an area with the flames, forming something small like simple walls to trap enemies, or even a massive twister which draws opponents in with its winds to burn them to death; the user can also utilizes this ability defensively, engulfing the immediate area around themselves in such fire. This ability is equal to that of an A-rank technique.

Hiken no Kaze: Subeta Honoo Kuuki | Wind of the Fire Sword: Sword of Flame & of Air - Using the fire chakra stored within Getsushō the user releases it, and while that is happening the user also channels wind chakra into it, the chakras wraps around the sword in a spiral pattern. While the chakras are on the sword, the chakras move at high speeds around the blade. This is the source of the Wind of the Fire Sword: Sword of Flame & of Air power. The user would then preform a powerful stab while simultaneously releasing all of the chakra at once. If an opponent is hit by it, the foe will receive major damage while being launched off their feet. This ability is equal to that of an B-rank technique.

Notes & Restrictions:
- The storing of the fire chakra ability does not counts as a move, but must be mentioned in the users first turn of the match, and it can be stored there for as long as the user needs. But needs to be filled on the users first turn.
- Shotgun Impact ability may only be used four times per-match, and has a short ranged reach.
- Wind of the Fire Sword transformation lasts a max of four turns. After that the sword reverts back to it's standard form, and will not be able to channel any more fire or wind chakra chakra into it for the rest of the match. Also the user will be unable to use any fire or wind techniques for two turns after the revert.
- Wind of the Fire Sword: Roaring Flame Whirlwind ability may only be used twice per-match and is only usable while in the wind of the fire sword form, and has a long ranged reach.
- Wind of the Fire Sword: Sword of Flame & of Air ability may only be used twice per-match, and is only usable while in the wind of the fire sword form, and has a short range reach.
- May only be wielded by Nathan, and who he chooses.

(Shuukyuu) — Football
Type: Weapon Rank: S Range: Short Chakra: N/A (10 to fill the ball) Damage: N/A Description: At first appearing to be a minature soccerball about the size of your thumb. This is simply for the purpose of easy transportation. The weapon itself is primarily wind based. The user can expand it in size by filling it with air by channeling wind chakra into the ball through physical contact with the user's skin. This doesen't take much time at all, and it can reach the size of a normal ball. When in normal size, the ball can do extreme blunt damage to the opponent if it hits him, and is able to bounce a very far distance. It is extremely difficult to pop the ball, normal weapons won't do the trick. It takes an elemental jutsu of at least A rank, or a regular ninjutsu of S rank to pop. The ball also has the ability to return to the user whenever he wills it to, and it moves at the speed of a thrown kunai. This ball is usually used in the application of Football Arts. Restrictions

(Wasureta Shinigami) — The Forgotten Reaper
Rank: S Type: Supplementary Chakra Cost: 40(20+ with additional techniques in use) Description: Thousands of years ago a scythe was forged by a great warrior Shiro Kazuma. Kazuma was known as the most powerful warrior alived and was praised to by many. Kazuma never could have enough power so he put all of his energy into making the ultimate weapon in hopes he could rule the world. Kazuma forged the metal from meteorite. Kazuma put all his blood and sweat into this scythe but his project came to a fatal end when he died of a heart attack and the scythe was never finished Abilities:
- The Forgotten Reaper is indestuctible
- Due to the warriors specialty being Katon and Fuuton, the user gets +5 damage points on all Katon. The user can also perform Fuuton with 1 less handseal. Restrictions:
-Can only be used by Shade Dracova or anyone given permission to use by Shade Dracova
-The scythe will become 500 pounds if it is wileded by anyone but the owner or anyone given permission to hold by the wielder
- The Forgotten Reaper weighs 50 pounds so the user must have somewhat training in taijutsu to prove his muscle strength.
-While wielding The Forgotten Reaper you cant use S rank jutsu for any of the Basic 5 elements except for Katon and Fuuton while the scythe is in the wielders hands.
(Mizu Beara) — Water Bearers

He made two hilts that are called Bearers. The Bearers are made of a material so the user can channel their chakra and manipulate water sources or even the moister in the air for varies objects such as weapons, shields on top of them. These two hilts are the perfect weapon for a weapon user and water user. The user channels their chakra and absorbs some water or moister in the air. The highest the rank of the object that is made of water is A rank or lower. Notes:
-Only used when the air has enough moister to make the weapon of chose of the user or a some type of water source is in the area of short range of the user to use to use to make the weapon of chose of the user and must have the user chakra in it or no chakra at all.
-The weapons made from the water still go by the elemental advantages and disadvantages
-The weapons also feel like the real weapon when used
-The user has to use a jutsu slot every time the user uses the weapon no matter if it is to attacking or defending, the change of the shape depends on the attack or defense like for an example. The user going against a fireball and the user has the bearers shaped into katanas but the user needs to defend. The user would change the katanas into a rectangular shield to defend against the attack.
-Water users like Tobirama, Gyojin clan members, and Mei who all can in their own unique way generate/create water from thin air, can create the water this way.

So long as he has permission to use Konoha's VCJs, he has access to Eagles in addition to his own two. And just wait until he has permission for the Gyojin Clan's Summoning Contract for Sea Kings.
