Ok, so I know on Nb we have alot of millionaires... lel.. no foreal.. So the issue here is im applying for jobs out of state... warehouse jobs (North Carolina, or Florida) and Im almost sure Ill get the job but the thing is, I live in Virginia, and I would be moving there with literally nothing.. so my question is

1.) Do alot warehouse/factory jobs pay for housing till you get on your feet? I ask this cause my cousin did something similar and they payed for everything for 1month, same with my other friend but my friend was at an oil plant.. Is this normal?

2.) The interview process... I heard that if you live out of state, they could set up a skype interview if a phone interview wont suffice.... true?

In short, I just want input on how I can help things go easier and some advice aswell.. Im leaving Va cause this shit aint for me m8.. Thought about selling drugs.. but sadly id be too paranoid and think errbody a cop lol.... :| dead ass

I've never ever heard of a factory paying for housing till you get on your feet. Like ever

I don't think this is the best place to get your answer.

The one thing I can tell you is that Skype interviews are pretty normal nowadays. I've had them for admissions interviews and jobs alike.

Some jobs offer help with relocation. Note that I said some, not all.

But in terms of paying for rent/housing, that's on you; you're going to have to use your own money.

I think you should ring the actual employer.

Personally I hate skype calls and they rarely work well due to internet or w/e so yeah. I'd travel for the interview if I could.

You're on your own, your employer won't pay for your relocation expenses, unless you're planning to work as far away as Alaska where companies offer subsidized boarding provided of course you actually have an employment contract with them.
