How do yo guys feel about employers hiring felons?

Well I feel that if they can't get a job because they did something stupid when they were younger and now can't get a job what do you think will happen they will end up back into the joint just to survive. If I was hiring and they didn't have any problems with the police for 5+ years than they are more than likely trying to better themselves I would hiring them knowing that they would most likely will work hard but that's my opinion

Employees ..Hiring felons.....Hmmm.....I don't see why they shouldn't!!!!! (.. felons are most likely to get back to Criminal ways) But they should be given chance to redeem themselves!!!

Yes employers should but people who have a criminal record will have a harder time finding a job because some places won't accept them. They would rather hire people who have a CLEAN record first then they hire people who have a criminal record
