Joa.... Any Ideas? [Toriko]

I don't know how many people actually read Toriko on here but the last chapter gave us a lot of food for thought on who the leader of NEO actually is. I personally think it is either Frohze, an ancient Nitro (after all, it is said they are really intelligent) or the most likely IMO, a new character from the days of Acacia and the ingredient GOD. If this is the case, I believe he was the one responsible for Frohze's death.
