SM Naruto and MS Sasuke would be evenly matched, and given their personalities they would go straight for eachother and be tied up until some of the others intervened.

Itachi would definately realize that that he needs Sasuke to win this as Fugaku is the weakest here. Fugaku gets dispatched early on by either Minato or Jiriaya.

Due to Itachi's sickness he would be able to spam MS Jutsus, but Minato and Naruto can force him to use Amaterasu by summoning Gamabunta, Gamahiro, and Gamaken. Since Sasuke is also MS, this could tucker him out as well since he was panting after a short use of Susano'O and one use of Amaterasu against Danzo.

I would say Naruto's team wins this.

I'm sorry I only read the OP.
In this case I believe the team Uchiha wins mid difficulty. Jiraiya and Naruto aren't fast enough to dodge the Amaterasu and Minato can't defeat two MS users by himself.

No, its not. Naruto and Jiraiya are one-shotted as the battle begins. Minato is strong, however he can't defeat two MS users on his own. This match-up was clearly created on the Uchiha's favor.
