why is he below RSM Naruto and Rinne Sasuke tier in fan rankings usually?

I just rewatched his fight. He was basically neg diffing BSM Naruto and EMS Sasuke

Until his feelings made him lose

All things considered at the very least he loses mid diff against rsm Naruto and Rinne sasuke

I can’t remember if Rinne Sasuke has senjutsu tho(not moon seal)

mostly naruto and sasuke took a stronger version form of Madara when obito didnt have all the juice. Which why hes ranked lower then them.

Sasuke and Naruto were keeping up with JJ Madara after they got power up from Hagoromo and Madara was stronger then Obito
