Let's who can take on this guy:
- Kid RG Sasuke (no Bijuus)
Obito eats Sasuke alive. He can spawn the Juubi first of all, thus he can armor his Susanoo onto there. Obito's chakra is still not as strong as what Sasuke has, but it's not too far off since he has both his eyes and the Juubi's power instead of what Kakashi had. So give his PS a Moon Busting Nunoboku and he obviously rapes Sasuke's Susanoo since Sasuke only has Chidori. Not to mention Juubi itself is extremely durable and it's Bijuu Dama would wreck Sasuke's Susanoo considering what Chidori and BD did to it in canon.
I'll give this to Obito mid diff at best.
PS renders anything that isn't Kurama Mode and BDFRS completely useless. But Obito has far more firepower and Naruto doesn't have the ability to deal with it. He gets killed by the Moon Busting blade or he gets nuked by the Juubi's multiple Bijuu Dama. If he tries to block the BD with the Gudo Dama, then that's when Obito would switch to the Moon Busting blade.
Iso Kurama vs. Iso Juubi. Iso Kurama w/ Multi Continent++ destructive capabilities, vs Iso v2 Juubi with Moon Level destructive capabilities. Naruto and Sasuke still die.
Madara's Susanoo is far superior, but the fact that Obito has Nunoboko means that he will beat Madara's Susanoo 100% of the time in close combat. Juubi and Susanoo take care of Madara's CT rain. And he dies a terrible death.
- TCM Toneri w/ Hamura monster
Obito shits.
This is probably where Obito loses. Toneri has him matched in firepower, and him and Madara both wield the Gudo Dama, so Bijuu Dama just gets negated. If Madara and Toneri enter CQC with Obito, together, Nunoboku and Golden Wheel would match each other, and then Madara would cleave into Obito's Susanoo with a sword swing or two. Juubi is easily subdued without PS protecting it, considering it can't even hurt these two but they can hurt it. Limbo, Toneri and Madara rape a Susanoo less and Juubi less Obito.
- Super Momoshiki with all the jutsus he has shown
-PS is absorbed, thus useless.
-Bijuu Dama and Nunoboko are absorbed, thus useless.
That leaves Obito with physical prowess and Kamui. His physical ability isn't worth mentioning here considering it takes two people far stronger and faster than him to take on Momoshiki. Though Kamui is the real biotch to deal with here.
-Long range Kamui is easily evaded since Kinshiki matches Sasuke who matches RSM Naruto, and Momoshiki w/ Kinshiki absorbed>>Kinshiki alone.
-Short range warp will never happen, unless Obito wants to get cleaved in half. Not to mention he absorbed Shikamaru's Shadow jutsu. If he uses that on a battle field scale again, then Obito is immobilized. That solves any offensive problem but doesn't let him kill Obito himself. I guess he can just absorb him or something.
- Restricted Kaguya. No Amenominaka, BFR, Super TSB restricted
-Ash Bone rapes Susanoo.
-Ash Bone rapes Juubi.
-Obito gets killed.
Nunoboko attacks are evaded since she can dodge Sasuke's Susanoo's attacks. And Bijuu Dama can't kill her due to immortality. She'd just shrug it off like she did all of Naruto's nukes.
