This is Madara after he absorbed the Shinju and Shippuden Sasuke without the Bijuus. Madara can use up to V4 Susanoo but no PS as per canon, who wins? He isn't immortal so no need for the seals.

Madara wins easily.Madara defends against Sasuke's attacks with 9TSB shield and V4 Susano, which can be manifested so much bigger than Sasuke's Biju sized PS ,then destroy it with Juubi damas .even the standard Juubidama can destroy PS if not then a second one does the job let alone that Madara can fire four at a time . Madara also has the potential to make his own Buddha or wood golem like Yamato enhanced Spiral Zetsu .then there is still the world wide Shinju :jukai kotan and sword of Nonobuko .
