JJ Madara PS Doesn't Exist!

You can't be serious. There is zero reason for why Madara shouldn't have PS. The burden of proof on why he can't use it falls on you, and so far all you did was write a stupid example, which has zero to do with Madara or PS - Tsukuyomi, Yata and Totsuka are unique to Itachi, why would Sasuke have them? Gaining EMS doesn't give you the abilities of the eyes' owner, it strengthens the recipient's chakra and enhances their stats.

There's also the fact that the full power of his visual prowess (which is PS) is unlocked by having both eyes... and DR/3-eyed Madara does. Only 1R JJ/Blind SM Madara can't manifest PS.

The rest don't make sense, unless taking in the Juubi replaced Madara's brain and all his chakra then your logic is flawed and Madara can still use Susanoo using his chakra and brain. Wouldn't even work cause the Juubi is Rikudou chakra and Alive Madara already had Rikudou chakra via Rinnegan and merging with Hashirama's cells.

One, Madara never showed the ability to use PS without eyes. Only inferior versions. Second, regardless of how bad it is, the Juubi does SOMETHING to your brain. Thirdly, the idea that the Juubi in any way amplifies the Susano'o is baseless, unless you try to give Sasuke's feat to Madara. Thirdly, unless it has been showcased in Manga it doesn't exist. We don't assume that Nagato can use Limbo, even though it's the same eyes. We don't allow Animal Path or Asura Path in Sasuke battles, even though it's clearly stated they are Rinnegan techniques. There is no proof he retained his EMS powers, especially after replacing his with Rinnegan, which have never been shown to deactivate.
The last and most obvious point I am making is that either he lost the ability, or it lacks usefulness. It was clearly the obvious choice to prevent something like BZ. When he became the Juubi Jin, his body underwent changes. He lost SM (BZ snuck up on him), so it clearly affects his physiology.

There are multiple reasons
1. Susanoo is a manifestation of Uchiha Chakra. He isn't using that chakra anymore, he's purely using Juubi Chakra. "But Sasuke used BPS!" Sasuke is using the same chakra Indra had, which means he is using Uchiha Chakra from the brain.
2. The Juubi has massive chakra. Madara has never been shown to have exceptional chakra control, and was consistently outlasted by Senju. If he even has the ability to control such a volume of chakra is iffy.
3.Susanoo is a liability. His susanoo doesn't fly, is slow, and is horribly outmatched in Destructive Capabilities by the top 10 jutsu by the end of the series. It makes no sense, considering you can only use susanoo with Uchiha Chakra. "But Sasuke Used BPS!" Sasuke housed the Bijuu Chakra, not use it. It was a battery, not the machine.

Lastly, I haven't been fully countered with actual logic or feats.

And no the Juubi does not affect Madara's brain, jesus...
