[Theory] JJ Madara not using PS was due to Plot

Imagine how strong he would be had he used PS.


Never before have we seen a Juubi Jin use PS. It would be much greater than Sasukes.

Madara could have used it at any time but decided to go easy due to plot.


If Madara had PS on, BZ wouldn't even be able to backstab.

Minato captured them in his fight with Might Gai. I agree on the arrogance part. He became reckless and let his guard down the moment after absorbing the God tree and becoming immortal. Tehn even more of it shown when he retook his left Rinnegan eye from Obito.

We don't know if Madara could use PS as a Juubi Jin. Obito was restricted in his MS's phasing ability, so we can't say for certain that PS would be usable.

Either way, Madara's PS as a Juubi Jin would probably be slightly above Sasuke's Rinnegan PS, but lower than the Bijuu Susano'o.

I agree with what others said about Obito. But his Susanoo would be more powerful than Bijuu Susanoo. Because Madara had PS before with EMS, imagine the chakra of the real Rinnegan + Juubi & Shinjuu Chakra (way more than the chakra that Sasuke absorbed, since Madara is the Juubi's Jin and can use its full chakra and has Holy Tree) + Rikudo Senjutsu enchancing it! Sasuke;s Susanoo after he got Rikudo Chakra from it's Final form (small compared to Madara's Final form) went to PS and with some of the bijuu's chakra to Bijju PS. Madara's which was a PS with all of this would be more powerful!

BZ stab is nonsense. Even if Madara didn't expect his own will to betray him, he should have sensed BZ's murder intent as a Juubi jinchuriki. Kishi really nerfed Madara. He already had sensing skills before being a Jin. This should have been heightened when he absorbed the Juubi which is the most powerful creature. Arguably, his sensing should be at least as great as Naruto(intent sensing) if not better.

OT: Plot required Madara/Obito to not use their full arsenal. There is no proof that Madara could not use his susanoo.

Obito couldn't Kamui phase because Juubi can't travel through dimensions like that.PS does not travel through dimensions.
And Madara can't sense Negative intentions, only Kurama's jins can do that, Madara has the Juubi&Shinju,not Kurama.

He didn't use it because he didn't have both eyes until it wasn't needed.
