Guess I'll make it a tie in scenario 2 since her expansive TSB will erase her as well.

The team could either lose or win with medium difficulty depending on what kind of things Madara can do with one Rinnegan but they win with pure ease in the second. Sasuke's Perfect Susano'o has been shown the speed to be able to nearly hit her and that was with him being blown back. Madara's better Susano'o should be able to best those feats. All-Killing Ash Bones are dealt with by Kamui, Deva Path, and Preta Path. To also add, if one is captured by Kamui it can be used against her. The Expansive Truth-Seeking Sphere is essentially completely useless since they have Kamui and can change dimensions. Speaking of which, Amenominaka is useless for Kaguya because none of her dimensions are useful except for the ice-based one, which would only delay mere seconds. Eighty Gods Vacuum Attack is countered by their own chakra arms which, shown by Naruto, have the power to match.
