Naruto might lose but Vote Sasuke has a high chance of winning.
-Vote Sasuke possess the bijuu chakra needed to cause Madara to inflate like a balloon.
-Bijuu chakra alone never overwhelmed Madara. Madara exploded because Black Zetsu paralyzed him and draw the chakra of everyone who got caught in IT. Obito was almost overwhelmed by a lesser Juubi but Madara took control of it the second he sealed it inside him.
-When Kaguya was smacked with bijuu chakra she began to inflate.
- She was distracted by Sasuke's PS attack and lost her left arm. Naruto took her by suprise there, she wasn't able to suck the chakra because of it. Madara is able to absorb chakra, Bijuu FRS won't work on him. And unlike with Kaguya there won't be a second party to distract him. I'm talking about 1 vs 1 match ups after all.
-MAdara doesn't have the chakra Kaguya possesses to retain the form, 3 eyed Madara also doesn't command all gudodama or dimension shaping abilities.
He still has a lot more chakra than both Naruto and Sasuke combined, he doesn't need any of Kaguya's third eye abilities nor that Dimension buster Gudoudama to beat them on one on one.
-Vote Sasuke won't have a problem wearing Madara out with intense speed and Rikudou power.
- Against Naruto he was pretty worned out after Indra's arrow and some PS display. And you think Sasuke can wear Madara out ? He has speed yes, Madara has no trouble with keeping up with S/T ninjutsu. In regular SM he toyed Tobirama's FTG attempt twice in a row, when he obtained RM he made a joke out of SM Minato's FTG attack.
What can Sasuke do when Madara has both eyes and fully focused on him ? Please don't bother with Sasuke's cutting Madara in a half scan. That scan only showes Madara is literally immortal, he was distracted with trying to go to KamuiLand.
-Sasuke has CT which is another sealing jutsu or he can strip the bijuu chakra out with his bijuu susanoo.
To use CT sealing he needs Naruto's half of seal. If he uses his version of CT, it won't be effective against Madara, he can destroy it easily. Sasuke's Bijuu Susano'o can't touch Madara, he can absorb it with PP. Same goes for Sasuke, he can absorb Madara's attacks with PP as well. Thats why a fight between Madara and Sasuke would be decided on close combat which Madara clearly has the upperhand. Sasuke can't afford to get hit, but for Madara who can regenerate easily this is no problem. He can overwhelm Sasuke with Limbo clones and Mokuton Bunshins.
Lets not forget the fact Sasuke can't seal him without Naruto's Yang seal.

Yes he did, which took Sasuke's mobility away and forced him into defensive state.
-Limbo clones aren't a problem since Bijuu Susanoo can swat those no problem and the damage will return to MAdara shortly.
Madara isn't stupid, he won't dive into Bijuu Susano'o with Limbo clones. He can simply fly into it himself, and start to absorb it with PP. Sasuke can't touch him with his Susano'o. He will need to resort into close combat. And when he decides to do that Limbo clones will be able to interfere without worry.
