They beated a boosted Kaguya so they will beat a weaker Hagoromo. That simple. Probably DMS Kakashi will mainly carry the fight till the victory though.

They win both

scene 1 they defeated and stronger opponent Kaguya so why would they lose to an even easier opponent? They may have half of his chakra but thats not what makes them so deadly its their jutsu Susanoo amaterasu indra's arrow, Kage bushin BDFRS different types of Bijuu ability kamui etc. They win this they're only going up against a rinnegan, Naruto could also give Sauke and Kakashi RSM Cloaks to amp their power its just to much they can do to win this.

Scene 2 Sasuke solos Naruto solos together its a neg Hagoromo and Kaguya are vastly overrated



No one has gave a good answer why Hagoromo wins they're just saying he wins because he's Hagoromo typical

The Sage fought Kaguya while she was in her tentails form which, as how i last time checked, was a lot weaker than her orizsinal form.
Im well aware he could overpower naruto and sasuke but kakashi has techs, specifically kamui, that can't be simply overpowered, Hagoromo actually needs a strategy to counter kamui as how Naruto,Kakashi,Gai and Bee was forced to rely on strategic moves against obito instead of raw power.
Only the respect spoke out of Kakashi's mouth when he first realized that the legendary Sage was floating in front of him, it has nothing to do with fear.
You talk like Hagoromo would be the peak of NV when we both know that place's already taken

Too Bad Hagoromo was reffering to Kaguya as after giving birth to him and Hamura. Most likely when they were in early teenagers ages or even eariler. THAT Kaguya is much above Kaguya Naruto and Sasuke fought again.

Truth, However Hagoromo has tools and skills to put his advantage of power to maximum result, so it would be Kakashi who would be in bad shape along with team 7. Of course they would win due to plot needs and could do it without it as well but then sacrifices would be made...
