jiubi jin madara vs sm double rinningan madara(see the restrictions first)

conditions: this is jin madara with one rinningan after absorbing the tree but he isnt immortal ,he can be killed by serious attacks
sm double rinningan madara can use ps fused with sm(so it is much stronger),all rinningan techs even the ones used by nagato ,all hashirama techs including the buddaha

restrictions: jin madara cant use any tech except for 1 limbo and the black stick(all gudomas balls are restricted),he cant use any ems ,rinningan or mouktun tech,he cant use the tree or the jiubi or any jiubi domas
all he can do is running fast ,1 limbo and black stick

so who wins ?
