Jiraya's sage mode

When naruto was training to be a sage I recall he asked Fukusaku if anybody can go sage mode, the old sage answered that this mode is only for who has a large chakra supply like Naruto and Jiraya, could Jiraya be related somehow to Uzumaki or Senju since they're the only mentioned clans to have that large amount of chakra.

One need not be an Uzumaki or Senju to have a large chakra supply.Loads of people(kages for eg.) have large chakra supply.And chakra supply need not necessarily be inherited.
Orochimaru(another Sannin) had a large supply of chakra,and he was( presumably) neither Uzumaki or Senju.

Not directly related to either clan however the sarutobi clan was mentioned for their high amount stamina as well so maybe jiraya is from a clan that is like the sarutobi clan but i doubt he is directly related to the senju or the uzumaki clans

Agreed, with a large amount of chakra with training anyone can go sage mode. And it seems that humans can take on many different "animal sage" types. I don't think Jaraiya was a senju, but we know that Tsunade is at least related to one.
