Jiraiya hasnt really shown any sensing abilities in his SM,,,, nor is his SM anywhere near the level of Hashirama/Madara,,,, as he simply lacks the reflexes and reactions feats to react something as fast as FTG,, when he failed to react to that,,,,

That panel is iffy to me.

Despite Ma & Pa being perfect sages, they did not sense Asura Path, when someone like Naruto would have sensed him coming a mile away.

Madara only got caught of guard because he thought Zetsu was his friend. Jiraiya on the other didn't see a thing coming and letting down your guard does not mean your letting down your sensing.

It's still the same concept, they both let down their guards, even if they were for differemt reasons. Madara may be the one of the best sensors in the manga, and he didn't let down his sensing.

lol, the only reason Madara managed to dodge was because Tobirama lunged for his heart, and he had to do that because he knew Madara had healing abilities.

If it's any other sensor then they get slashed by Hiraishingiri, the same way Izuna got slashed.
