jirayas restrictions

If i want to make a jiraya bio, what are the restrictions and what do i get automaticlly(like toad summon, sage mode, etc.).

1. At your present state, no restrictions.
2. Though its stated that you get toad summons auto, you have to be trained in that.
3. You can't have sage mode until you win Sage mode tournament or require permission from two sensei [This I'm little bit shaky]
