does like 30 han seals for a frog summoning that actually requires no hand seals

super slow his ultimate is awful his normal attack is at snail speed im really upset that they keep doing this

Yes he is slow and that sucks also both of his attacks are rasengan good thing we don't have other characters with rasengan, ohh wait that's right we already do. I swear the creators are lazy and I'm not a fan of the battle system they need to seriously let someone else develop the game.

Maybe they should update his Ultimate Jutsu with SM.

I love his character he probably has the most attacks in the series but they made him obnoxiously slow and only gave him rasengan and he can't even do it in air yet naruto can and jiraya taught it to him

Yes Jiraya is slow in this game. I don't like that he is slow. He is somewhat fast when you do his regular jutsu's.
