but all of us know that when jiraya fought with pain he beated all of them first 3 (using genjustsu ) but then the 4th body cut the jiraya arm how could kabuto not found that arm if he can revive other gerenation people

did u read the manga? kabuto said jiraya body was deep in sea so he cant be edo while jiraya arm is still there on land :O

Yes they did. When asura path(?) attacked jiraiya after the genjutsu ended, his arm was blown off.

If you look there Jiraiya doesn't have his arm.

And maybe an animal took his arm away or something, or maybe the rain washed it away. Jiraiya probably won't be coming back though.

If you read here, he only mentions that Jiraiya's body lays at depths that cannot be reached, suggesting that he doesn't know about the arm. We don't know what happened to it. Pain could've destroyed it or kicked it into the water too.

His arm was ripped off, I think it's left in the building where the 3 paths were killed.

By the time Kabuto was looking for DNA for Edo, Jiraiya arm was probably eaten by animals, or buried in an unmark grave, or wash away into the lake by the rain, Kabuto would have to search such a large are to get the DNA without getting attack by a hole village for being a foreigner, not exactly ideal situation at all.

His arm fell in the water along with his body. Kabuto is a land snake not a water snake so he can't go and get it.
