Jiraiya takes this because of frog song. Whoever says Orochimaru wins is fooled. He cannot block sound genjutsu. Frog Song > Orochimaru. Since Jiraiya is in Sage Mode w/ Frogs and everything. Without it, definatly Oro > Jiraiya.
