yes jiraya is powerful but slow. any sharingan user can avoid everything that he has to use.
im not even going to bring izanami to this fight cuz it wouldn't be necessary but if it is then its just another way to easily deal with jiraya.

everything he has can change the flow of the fight.
susano'o, amaterasu, tsukuiomy, izanami, any genjutsu he may use.
