Too vague to counter
This argument falls apart because you contradict yourself in your paragraph.

You also used a fodder's reference to the liquid as "oily water" to prove it isn't just oil, but it was alsoYou must be registered for see linksso that disproves that theory. There's no reason why Gaara's sand would for some reason be immune to the effects of toad oil.
It's not a contradiction, rather me not using the best choice of words. I wrote in that very post that the oily water I was referring to is innate to only the Trollkage. Thus, outside of the Trollkage, one can not simply take oil and water and expect to mix it. Bear in mind this post was made in 2014. I had this discussion about a month ago,

is my up to date opinion on the topic. I do not believe that the Trollkages oil is literally mixed with water, rather the substance and it's composition is sleek and watery. Just because they are both being referred to as oil in the manga doesn't mean they are literally both the same exact thing. We need to first understand that there is in fact all kinds of oil, which all hold different compositions. For example, baby oil or massage oils are very sleek and watery (Trollkage) while motor oil is thick and sticky (Toad Oil). It doesn't even make remote sense to state that the Trollkages body is producing toad oil, so why are we attempting to give it the same feats? Doesn't make sense. I never said Gaaras sand would be immune to toad oil, I said it won't have the same effect as what the Trollkages did. It being a thick and sticky substance would make the sand sticky and clumpy, rather than mushy and gooey. Gaara's sand can withstand incredible heat as seen when it didn't turn to glass vs C3's explosion and Amaterasu, but it's a much different story when the sand is soaked in toad oil first and then set aflame. The very chakra that holds the sand together and allows Gaara to manipulate it will be burned away. If Gaara decides to hole up in a ball of his ultimate defense sand like he did VS Deidara that would be a terrible mistake because Gamabunta would just soak it in oil and then set it ablaze burning Gaara to death inside.
I can't find any reason why Gaara would ever need to resort to creating an aerial sand sphere. Deidara and Jiraiya are nowhere near the same type of fighters. Either way, I do not see how a toad oil and katon combo are going to burn away the chakra Gaara uses to manipulate sand.
If Gaara tries to snag Gamabunta's limb with a sand coffin to crush his leg, Gamabunta easily just slices off the sand arm just like he sliced off Shukaku's limb. The sand wall that blocked the Susanoo clones strike only blocked it because those were wood clones' Susanoos each one with 1/25th of the real power of Madara and a Susanoo strike doesn't necessarily have the same power behind it as Gamabunta's does. While his UD is enough to withstand a sword strike, it certainly won't be if it's weakened with oil first
And then the sand gets immediately reapplied, assuming Gamabunta even given the chance to do this. Sand coffin on multiple limbs, he is going to be able to continuously slice off sand everywhere before getting crushed somewhere. Sunsano'o is a jutsu, and those Wood Clones all carried enough chakra to use the jutsu. Why would Susano'o be any weaker than normal? That's like saying that 30% Itachi's Katon is weaker than 100% Itachi. If they apply the same amount of chakra into it, it doesn't matter whats their overall amount of power. As long as it doesn't exceed 30% of Itachi's chakra capacity, it's the same jutsu, carrying the same amount of power. The shield that defended against Susano'o swords was extremely thin. A thicker stronger shield will always be serviceable, if Gaara needs to.
Food Cart Destroyer requires Jiraiya to be above his target in order to summon the toad on top of his target, so it would be stupid of Jiraiya to try using this in the first place.
Again, out dated post. Back then I was under the impression that Food Carter Destroyer was a type of S/T techniques that drops the summoning on top of the target regardless of the users position.
Yomi Numa is a low-effort jutsu that Jiraiya can use to turn the area into a swamp, making Gaara's attempt to turn the location into a desert a miserable failure. In the event that the location is already a desert, Jiraiya can use it anyway to turn the sand tsunami coming at him into a swamp and it will collapse with Gaara being unable to control it. Worst case scenario, Gamabunta sprays the sand tsunami coming at him with a large amount of oil to weaken it, then leaps right at it and busts through with his incredible strength.
Unless you can somehow prove that Jiraiya is immune to Yomi Numa, he is crippling himself by removing any sort of mobility by doing this. Gaara is an aerial fighter with a huge sand manipulation range [

], so I don't see how this works in your favor. How is Jiraiya going to turn sand that is applied with Gaara's chakra into Yomi Numa? That is like saying a suiton user can override and nullify another suiton users attack by turning it into his own. Never ever displayed in the manga. An opponent can not just apply his chakra into the opponents technique and make it his own. Where is the users chakra going? This doesn't make sense. I mean, I don't think a Sand Tsunami alone is going to KO Jiraiya. It's the overwhelming relentless combos that will. Jiraiya will never ever get killed in a sand coffin for the simple reason that he can summon a toad to disperse the surrounding sand like Naruto did and escape.

That sand coffin was very clearly executed extremely slowly. Not the case in a real battle that doesn't come with a convenient plot shield. Sand coffins also come in all different sizes.
