Give him Shisui's MS and Jiraiya still slaughters him. His Taijustu, together with Bunta's Toad oil and katon combo are devastating. The only threat is Baku and it's dealt with using Bunta's oil and Jiraiya's Katon combo. He can go SM as well, whilst his Toad summon stalls Danzo. If he didn't have intel, then I would have probably given it to Danzo, as he isn't exactly a genius.
