Tobirama has some weird red markings on his face as Jiraya used to have from his eyes.

Tsunade is Minato's mother due to the same hair colour

And anyone who has red eyes is an indirect mutated offspring of an Uchiha

Could be actually true, remember learning the senjutsu art or learning sage mode needs a lot of chakra and Senju's were known to have huge chakra reserves as well.

That being said, Jiraiya does in fact has a very large chakra pool which helped later become a sage. Then it'd be weird I guess since he likes Tsunade, thats incest lol.

Here is some food for thought. If Jiraiya was Tobirama's grandson that would make him and Tsunade second cousins. Relations between second cousins is not considered incest in most parts of the world (Japan and the USA included) While the USA does have per state prohibitions against the marriage of first cousins, Japan does not and while not as common as it once was, does permit first cousin marriages. So using the if they are related Jiraiya wouldn't have been hitting on Tsunade because it would be incest argument isn't really a very valid argument at all.
