I'm actually going with Jiraiya as much as I love Avatar and Iroh, his treatment of Azula puts me off a tad.

Iroh is so much wiser than jiraya. He turned zuko on the path of good, jiraya's students were already goo because as troubling as narut's past was he decided to stay positive. He was not however able to instill the same in nagato.
