Jiraiya is under water the pressure alone would kill if he doesn't drown first assuming he can be brought back though nagato who only revived those in konoha who recently died in the wake of his invasion.

Naaruto would sense kisame if he was still alive the same as the other sensors.Not that i need to mention the others sense naruto's sensing abilities have grown beyond the standard chakra sensing and have evolved into something that can even feel out feelings like mito could.

And lastly the seal only disappears once a hyuuga dies.

That being said, while I respect your right to formulate an opinion, all of these theories are ridiculous. There would be no purpose to bringing any of these characters back to life or revealing that they "aren't really dead." Their death scenes were too final, bringing them back now would completely eliminate the impact of their deaths and make them totally worthless.

Remember when they thought they killed Kisame? Nothing special. But then when he committted suicide, he had a whole chapter dedicated to him, why would kishi dedicate that just to show that kisame wasnt dead?

You first post is redundant.In order for kisame to leave Point A he must be alive
Naruto being shown to be able to sense kisame in a state he himself has said to be undetected is a testament to naruto's sensing abilities.If kisame could magically disappear whenever he wanted there would of been no need to have guy chase him,defeat him and drag him back to the island just for him to magically teleport away lol

All you propose is that kisame is alive you don't even conjure up an explanation on how this miraculous feat could even be possible

1. No even if Jiraiya was revived he'd be at the bottom of a lake let alone how much his body has decayed. No real reason the Toad Sages would have reverse summoned him.

2. Kisame was eaten by his sharks, blood was filled in the area. Kisame has no genjutsu to create this illusion.

Jiraya was to far away and has been dead for to long and was also to much beneath the surface to survive being brought back And Kisame was surounded by jonins, had no where to escape and was beaten close to death. he barely managed to commit suicide.

1) kisame, he managed to escape when he became one
Of 3 sharks ..
One shark gave scroll to zetsu, the other shark was kisame .
He went to train so he can beat gai in there upcoming fight ..
Although we thought he died when he fought bee and raikage
But he was alive .

2) nagato"s jutsu that have been used in konoha effected
Jiraya as well .
He went to mountain moboko to train with frogs so he can
Assist naruto in war ..

3) we thought sakura already killed him and we though he was evil,
But that was zetsu ..
I think neji used kage bashin to trick his comrade & enemy as well .
He wanted to make hinata to cry for him even for once ..
