jiraya... hermits reincarnation?

So kaguyas first thought was that naruto and sasuke were the sage and his brothers reincarnations. Which means that they have probably been reincarnated too. Could jman possibly have been the hermits reincarnation? Think about it. The sage said he never paid enough attention to indra(sasuke) and in part 1 jiriaya said he had no interest in sasuke since he was already a genius and it was no fun to teach and showed a lot of interest in naruto(ashura) and entrusted him to find the answer to peace. He also shared a lot of the sages ideals about peace. This in my eyes would make a lot of sense what do you guys think?

He deserves that. He followed almost the same path. Jiraiya travelled the world just like him.

Jiraiya actions influenced the whole plot of this manga.

He was pretty much like Rikudou, but without his power.
