Alot of people say there that there is no way jiraya can cone back being that his body is at the bottom of an ocean and now that oro us back I find it a little hard to believe that he doesn't have any of jirayas dna considering how they were rivals and the battles they had just a thought

im guessing you all think that i want jiraya to come back so i want you to tell me exactly where i said he was. ill say exactly what the post said again i find it hard to believe that orochimaru doesnt have some of jirayas dna somewhere now if im reading that correctly it doesnt say that jiraya is coming back or that i even think he is coming back

i believe even though his arms were sealed he can still summon for example when he fought naruto he was still able to summon the triple rashomon and since bringing back jiraya would require summoning he should theoretically be able to do so
