Orochimaru switches bodies because of the forbidden technique he used, was never for beauty purposes but immortality. We don't know how he would have looked if he never did any of that.

Tsunade has forbidden techniques as well and they shorten her life span. Old Tsunade practically doesn't exist as we have only seen clips of it, her character in truth is exactly how she looks, and is the design kishimoto created for her for this story, now with only a story behind it that she is keeping herself that way.

Jiraya doesn't have any techniques that are harmful to the body and no imperfect sage mode doesn't compare to those jutsu the others use in terms of effect to ones self.
