okay so in the anime, itatchi admitted that he and kisame would be defeated by jiraiya. how strong exactly is jiraiya? whenever someone would make a top character list, itatchi would always be before jiraiya. and many say that itatchi can defeat the 5 kage's 1v1, so if jiraiya is supposedly stronger than itatchi, can he defeat 5 kages?

Nah. Amaterasu or Tsukuyomi kill Jiraiya. He can't really beat Ohnoki.

Thank you! i think jiraiya is much stronger then the five kages. Also, cant he use ma and pa to put either ay or tsuchikage in a genjutsu and finish them?

Of cause it doesn't have anything to do with power if he's good or not. However it makes sence that Itachi would use Jirayas strength as an excuse not to capture Naruto since he didn't want them to do so. Also Kisame only admitted that Jiraya was stronger than himself, he didn't say anything about him and Itachis strength combined.

About SM Naruto i'm pretty damn sure he was stronger than Jiraya. He was faster , physically stronger, could make 2 huge rasengans while Jiraya could only make 1 and obviously he also had his new version of Rasenshuriken which was extremely powerful. 1 Hit from that and Jiraya would be done for. Also unlike SM Jiraya, Naruto could make several shadow clones and i just don't see Jiraya keeping up with all of them.

No, he was not. Jiraiya blitzed Pain twice. Naruto fought him on equal grounds in CQC.
