He's chillin with nagato, kabuto said that his body couldn't be found so he can't be brought back to life, and if he comes back it'll just look weird, coz his death inspired naruto to become even more strong

I doubt it. The only reason that I could see Jiraiya being brought back is to tell Naruto something important. However, bringing him back kind of cheapens his death. He sacrificed himself for the sake of the village and Naruto, and his last words were an important message on how to defeat Pain.

Kishi can have the Hokage relay any information that needed to Naruto. The Third trained Jiraiya and Jiraiya trained the Fourth. They probably think just like him, or at least know how he would think/feel.

Old Ero Sennin is by far my fav. character in Naruto but I can't see a good way to bring him back into the series other than in dream sequences or via chakra-imprints like w/ Naruto's parents.

Your right his death did have a major part in naruto's life he was Jiraya the Gallant

I think we are reading a different Manga. Obito does not have Shisui's or Jiraiya's DNA. He has Hashirama's DNA though.

Kabuto said that Tobi has Jiraiya's blood via Pein's spikes, and Tobi also has Shisui's eye that Danzo crushed. Kabuto wanted them in order to summon Jiraiya and Shisui, but Tobi refused.

As I said, Tobi made Kabuto teach him Edo Tensei and also has access to Jiraiya's and Shisui's D.N.A. They might be summoned.
