Itachi's death scene was great, but i feel it was horrible bringing him back. I don't want Jiraiya's epic moment in the series be thrown in the gutters, because then this manga will be based of a fairy world.

He could very well be alive, and we just don't know. Its a 3/100% chance of it actually happening. Both Tsunade and Orochimaru knows where Mt Myoboku is, no doubt he has some sort of DNA still there. A simple piece of hair would suffice.
