If i remember, that summoning scroll is now in that mount myoboku, i didn't see jiraya dying along with it so probably fukasuku got his hands on it!! bUt you are saying *what if* so it will be epic to see him in battle

Use Search button. Just let the guy remain dead. IWR bodies are getting pwned, why bring back Jiraiya just to be sealed? There would be nothing epic about Naruto facing Jiraiya. Nagato and Naruto talked about everything Jiraiya had to say already. The message and task is forwarded..
