Jiraiya is an epic Earth/Fire Release user with Swamp of the Underworld, and many other jutsu. Also his summons: Gamaken and Gamabunta would be a serious problem. Jiraiya would have the arsenal and skill set to enter Sage Mode which will be needed. Then as he enters Sage Mode, Samehada will be useless, and Jiraiya can either use Senpou Goemon to reduce the shark to cinders, Chou Oodoma Rasengan to reduce him to dust or use Ma & Pa Genjutsu to finish him off. Jiraiya takes this for sure.

This which i state under this line you don't have to take too serious since some of it is probably not true, but is stated by characters in the series:

Kisame: stated that Jiraiya was on a whole other level than him.

Itachi: Stated that the best he could do was a stalemate.

Pein: stated if Jiraiya knew his secret he would have won.

No Sage mode is not unlimited, not even with the 2 elder frogs fused with you... Remember that you must balance Nature energy with your Spiritual energy (chakra) and physical energy .

Also Jiraiya's Sage Mode we don't know how long will last, since he fought a very long battle in Sage Mode against Pein, and he could have gone for even more time if needed.

Jiraiya would not need to worry about the balance, since Ma & Pa would look out for it, and also Jiraiya would make sure of it.
