Scenario 1:
Jiraiya starts in Base with the three boss toads summoned.
He fights the five paths of pain ( no deva ).
Scenario 2: Jiraiya starts in SM and fights the five paths of pain - no deva. He has no toad summoned bar the toad sages.
Scenario 3: Jiraiya starts in SM and has the 3 boss toads summoned. He fights the Six paths of Pain but Chibaku Tensei is restricted.
Scenario 4: Jiraiya starts in SM and has the 3 boss toads summoned. He fights the Six Paths of Pain. Chibaku is not restricted, but Deva can't use his abilities bar taijutsu for ten minutes.
