I hate to get back to it yet again (Bout to get FLAME HARD) but remember what itachi said. Ok so based on the Pain fight he said if he knew his secret jiriaya would have won. So since J-man knows sasuke's advanced abilities then J-man wins with high difficulty.

It also depends on terrain. If its a forest than I say its a equal field for both of them knowledge or not.
