Jiraiya vs Orochimaru

Restrictions:

Scenario 1 - No Sage Mode, no Edo Tensei. Oro can summon Manda, Jiraiya can summon Gamabunta and after 10 minutes he can summon Ma and Pa. They cannot use senjutsu.

Scenario 2 - Orochimaru starts with Edo Hiruzen and Edo Minato summoned. Edo Hiruzen only has his current feats, Minato has only one FTG Kunai. He can, however, use the sealing mark on other objects. Orochimaru has Manda summoned.

Jiraiya starts in Sage Mode and has the three boss toads summoned. Ma and Pa are fused with him. By definition, Jiraiya cannot be forced out of Sage Mode unless both Ma and Pa are killed or are forced to disrupt Sage Mode. If that happens, he can maintain it on his own for 10 minutes.

He can use Kage Bunshins in Sage Mode, but they are Base Jiraiya bunshins. They can, however, attain Sage Mode and use it for 5 minutes.

Jiraiya can't kill oro in fight one neither has he shown a strong sealin jutsu (for humans). Jiraiya loose second scenerio too, since he can't beat 3 kage level shinobis at the same time. Unless oro's edo are not revived at full power (part 1)

Jiraiya loses in both scenario. In 1st he loses high diff, in 2nd mid diff.

Remember Hiruzen is restricted to part 1 feats and Minato doesn't have more than 1 kunai.

As for Jiraiya killing Oro, either Goemon or the Toad Flame Oil Bullet kill Oro. Goemon surely does. It is hotter than lava, and lava melts anything organic.
