These two people have been questioned so much!!!! Let's just get to the point. Itachi, Pein, and Kisame said certain things that people are pissed about and won't take into consideration. The way Jiraiya can defeat orochimaru is
Barrier: Toad Gourd Prison,
Turning into a Frog Technique,
& Fukasaku's Reverse Summoning Technique!!!!!!(to reverse summon Naruto)

Orochimarus best technique to use is edo tensei. If hiruzen stop them at age 69 , then I'm pretty sure Jiraiya can too.:sy:
Orochimaru is also extremely derable, which he will have to be against Jiraiya.
When Itachi cut off Orochimaru's arm,when orochimaru tried to take his sharingan, orochimaru needed a new body to replace it. This might condradict the assumtion that orochimaru can not be killed by normal means.:shrug:

how can you say jiraiya? an Armless base Oro owned him while he was base. Sage mode might equal Oro with arms? IDK but ORO wins for sure. High Difficulty but definitely.

he has his sensory barrier tech that will allow him sense anything over a very wide radius also BOD is mid to short ranged Hashirama won't get that close since swamp of the underworld will stop him, Jiraiya's fire tech with Bunta will roast any forest. Swamp of the Underworld will immobilise Hashirama and Tobirama, oil will help as well. He just needs to survive for 5-6 minutes and Pa and Ma will be summoned(he can have a clone perform the summoning while he fights) and its sound genjutsu time, he can then immobilise them all and capture them in his barrier toad.
