Orichimaru, no doubt about it.. Jiraiya and tsunade had a hard time with orichimaru at the battle of the 3 sages.. And he could not even use jutsu

Jiraiya was down to 30% of his power.(remember tsunade drugged him his first toad summon that fight was a tadpole.) He showed with Pain he has far far more.

jiraiya imo is stronger than any current kage BUT still imo orochimaru would win, look at kabuto, hes OP but still when he got orochimarus chakra (from ankos cursed mark) he was amazed

So?.. Orochimaru still managed to tonguecrush Jiraiya without his arms. Manda was going to eat Gamabunta & Jiraiya. Without Tsunade's help, they would be dead by now. Yeah, he had Kabuto, but Tsunade & Jiraiya had Shizune (The leader of the medic division) and Naruto (Kyuubi). Doubt Jiraiya can go Sage mode here, snakes are stronger than frogs, so they will defeat Gamabunta & the others with ease. Yamata No Orochi + Kusanagi are here to help Orochimaru if Jiraiya goes Sage.

If he has prep for Edo Tensei, i wouldn't call this a fight. :S

Orochimaru would win because he has the Sword of Kusanagi that can harm Jiraiya in Sage Mode or not. Manda will crush Gamabunta and the two elder frogs by constricting them. If Orochimaru goes into his true form of the eight headed snake there is no way Jiraiya could win even in his half-assed sage mode.
