I love Jiraiya but I find it odd he's winning this poll. He has no good long range techs (let alone any that would damage Onoki when he defends himself with rocks) and Onoki is more than capable of a one hit kill due to his super over powered KG. I love Jiraiya and am not the biggest Onoki fan but I don't see Jiraiya living through five minutes of dust release, especially one of the giant ones Onoki used against Madara.

Jiraiya has no speed feats, dust release is incredibly fast. He won't be dodging more than a few shots.
